In the month of February, I committed to taking better care of myself, and I'm excited to say I did just that! I met my weekly workout goals three out of four weeks. I also drank 64 oz of water daily more then I did in January. I also gave myself one day off a week, and found myself to be a much happier person because of this!
There are some business goals I didn't quite meet. Like I didn't finish reading the book "Tribes" by Seth Godin, I also didn't get as much done on one of my photography courses this month. But that's ok! Rather then beating myself up over what I didn't accomplish (the old Tierney SO would have done this!) I am going to celebrate the progress I did make!
So moving on to March, I have several goals to accomplish this month! My photography season for 2018 is getting ready to start up so I have several things I need to do in preparation for this! I am very excited though to get back into the swing of things after a relaxing slow season!
I'm also hoping to plant new grass seed in our yard this month. Currently, we have crab grass and it just isn't all that pretty! I've recently taken an interest in gardening, and I just don't see the point of having a gorgeous flower bed with icky looking grass, ya know?
I'm also wanting to start paying extra on our student loans this month so we can work towards our goal of having those knocked out by the end of the year!
As far as weekly and daily goals go, I want to continue working out 4xs a week and continue drink 8 cups of water each day. I also have several business goals I want to work on too! Lastly, probably my hardest goal this month will be to worry less. In the month of February, I got bogged down by circumstances that were just outside of my control. I was consumed with worry. I don't want to spend my March the same way!
